HOW CAN I CONTACT THE UNIFORM SHOP?

Schofields Public School offers an online shop for uniform orders only. We don't have a physical shop.

Order for collection are delivered to the school office once a week. These can be collected on Thursdays between 8:45 and 9:30am.

You can also choose to have the uniform items sent to your home address, we offer a $15 flat rate shipping for orders under $149. Orders over $149 receive free shipping.

As long as the item is still in original condition (tags on and unworn/washed) return it back to the uniform shop,  together with the schools exchange form and we will swap it for the correct size / item. 

Please complete an Exchange Form and return it to:

Please take your completed Exchange Form and the items you are returning to school.
Please email us with your exchange form sps@valourschools.com.au
We will return your exchange with the next available delivery to the school.

Via post:
You can send your exchange request directly to us and we will post out your exchange

All exchanges must include and exchange form containing your order number.

There is a very small window to change your address if your order has not been shipped. We cannot change your shipping address once your order has already left our warehouse or it has already been packed and processed by our picking department. Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to change your shipping address. Please note: Valour Schools will not liable for incorrect shipping details entered.
We can cancel your order if it has not been shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible on 02 9651 3711 or email sps@valoursport.com.au.
